The Vango Artemis 400 is a hefty steel poled tunnel tent designed to stand up to the wind and rain. When other campers have given up and gone home, the Artemis will still be standing and your holiday intact. Quick and easy to pitch, the Artemis has a wide central pole to offer a good deal of living room and headspace.

The Artemis 400 is for car camping as the steel poles means it weighs a whopping 18.4kg and packs into its carry bag at 80 x 24 x 25cm.

Other foul weather features on the Vango Artemis 400 include a sewn in groundsheet, a storm skirt system, taped seams and flysheet first pitching.

The Artemis’s flysheet is made from Vango’s Protex 2000 polyester and has heavy duty pole sleeves to take the steel poles and is fire resistant. Reflective webbing helps avoid night time trips at the campsite.

When the sun comes out, and it has to sooner or later, the Artemis has Vango’s usual array of zipped doors and mesh vents to keep the inside temperature comfortable.
